Why The Nativity

Why The Nativity is a full length docudrama style film produced by Turning Point Productions. Novak Creative Firm was brought on as Producer and Production Designer / Creative Director for the film. A large project of this scale required bringing on experienced industry specific roles including: Cinematographer, Gaffer, Grip, Costume Designer, VFX Designer, Set Designer, and Prop Master/Set Decorator. Novak Creative Firm sourced and built an external team to integrate with the in-house production team at Turning Point Productions. From there we set the tone for creative and supervised all design throughout the entire multi-year production effort.

Why The Nativity releases for the Holiday Season, November 2022 on History Channel, AE, and streaming networks everywhere. It is a creative retelling of the birth of Christ that explores the humanity of all the characters involved with the story many of us know and love, and some characters that we may impose into the narrative based on history.
